I was happy with hotel's particularly good location in the valley. The room was fine, cheap and had climate control and flat-screen TV. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom was large. Location: the property was so close to many different restaurants, grocery stores, and clothing stores, and shopping areas and nice neighborhoods. Easily reached Mcdonald's, located at a short distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I was pleased with nice service. My stay here was VERY COMFORTABLE.

The price was good, and the location provided a quiet retreat! The suite was comfortable enough for a brief stay.
Staff was rude, laundry issues made me uncomfortable. No breakfast was served despite advertisements, misleading!

Solo traveler Not worth the drama
I encountered an unfriendly front desk staff. And the room was grimy, and the bathroom had stains everywhere.
It was pricey enough, but for what I got. Unacceptable.

The location is conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to grab essentials. the staff do try to provide clean linens, and the pricing is among the lowest in the area, which is a plus for budget travelers.
The poor cleanliness of the rooms and rude service makes it an uncomfortable stay.
